Escort Cancellation Policy, How It Works

Our cancellation policy follows a single line drawn at two hours: cancel more than two hours before the agreed arrival time and nothing is charged, while a later cancellation or a no-show costs half the booking, because scheduling, staff allocation and preparation are committed by then. Force majeure, meaning a government ban on operations or a serious illness that makes the service impossible, is weighed case by case at the agency's discretion. Every false booking is reported.

The Rule in One Line

Two hours before the agreed arrival time is the cut-off. A message on WhatsApp before that point simply lets the booking lapse at no charge. After it, or when nobody opens the door, half the booked time is charged, with no sliding scale in between. The office spells this out in writing when it accepts your reservation, so nothing is unclear later.

Why a Late Cancellation Is Charged

The late charge is not a fine. It covers work that has already happened by the time you cancel. That includes office time spent confirming the booking, the companion's time held for your window, other enquiries for the same slot turned away, any advance coordination for an overnight, an event or travel outside the city, and, for dinner dates and VIP bookings, whatever planning the office has done for you. Most of that work is done in the final hours before her arrival, which is why the line sits at two hours.

When Force Majeure Applies

The agency may make an exception at its own discretion, and the grounds are deliberately narrow. Two situations qualify: a government ban on operations, meaning any legal or regulatory shutdown that stops the service, and serious illness that makes the booking impossible. Nothing is granted automatically; each case is looked at individually over WhatsApp. A diary clash, feeling slightly unwell, changed travel plans or a change of heart do not count.

Fixed Dates and the Two-Hour Rule

A companion booking is by nature tied to a specific date and time. What governs a cancellation is therefore the two-hour rule in our terms, which the office repeats in writing when it accepts your booking.

What Happens With False Bookings

Every false booking is reported. That covers reservations made under an invented name or identity, fake contact details, prank bookings, no-shows from people who never meant to come, and requests designed to waste a companion's or the office's time. Where it is warranted, the agency passes the details to the relevant authorities, shares identifiers with other reputable Amsterdam agencies to keep companions safe, and keeps its own record in case of future contact. Genuine clients are not affected at all; the rule exists to protect the companions and the honest guests who keep the agency running.
