Terms of Service

1. Scope of These Terms

The rules below apply whenever you use the Minuit Models website (minuitmodels.com) and to every booking made through it or through our WhatsApp line. Using the website, or placing a booking, means you accept all of these terms without reservation. Anyone who does not agree with them should not use the website or the service.

Minuit Models is an agency for companionship and introductions in the Netherlands. Our role is limited to introducing adult clients to adult companions. Companions are not our employees: they are independent adults who rely on the agency to find and match clients.

2. Minimum Age and Who May Book

Only people aged 21 or over may visit this website or make a booking with us. Using the website counts as your confirmation that you have reached that age.

We may turn away anyone we suspect falls below the age limit. At any stage of a booking we may ask you to prove your age and identity.

3. What the Service Covers

Every rate covers time and company and nothing else. Our companions are adult professionals who offer their time, their presence and their conversation. If consenting adults make any private arrangement during a booking, that is a matter between them alone and falls outside what the agency provides.

The agency does not arrange, promote or facilitate any particular intimate act and charges no fee for one. What the agency fee covers is the introduction, the scheduling and the verification, and nothing beyond those.

4. Booking Confirmation and Cancellation

A booking becomes confirmed at the moment our office sends you a confirmation message on WhatsApp. If you cancel more than 2 hours ahead of the agreed arrival time, nothing is charged. Cancelling inside those 2 hours, or failing to show up, costs 50% of the booking.

We may cancel a booking whenever we judge it necessary, for example over safety concerns, intoxication, abusive messages while booking, a suspicion that your age has been misstated, or any other reason that would put a companion at risk.

5. Prices

The prices shown on this website are our current standard rates, and we may change them whenever we choose. Whatever price is valid at the moment we confirm your booking is the price of that booking.

6. Behaviour During a Booking

A companion is an adult who deserves politeness and respect from the first minute to the last. A booking ends at once in case of abusive words or behaviour, pressure to do anything beyond what was agreed, intoxication that puts safety at risk, ignoring the limits a companion has set, or any threat or violence.

Taking photographs, filming or making audio recordings during a booking is forbidden without exception. If we find that a booking was recorded, whether we learn of it during the booking or afterwards, we will take legal action and refuse you service permanently.

7. Confidentiality and Personal Details

Who a companion is, her real name, where she lives and anything else personal about her remain confidential, and you must not try to find out, pass on or reveal any of it. Requests for private contact details outside the agency, for social media accounts, for real names or for home addresses are not allowed.

Your own information is kept just as confidential on our side. How we gather and protect client data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

8. Where We Provide Bookings

Bookings are available in every district of Amsterdam and in the wider Netherlands, including Schiphol Airport, Utrecht, Den Haag and Rotterdam, with other places possible on request. Destinations outside Amsterdam carry a travel surcharge, which we state when we confirm the booking; the how it works page explains the steps from first message to arrival.

9. Ownership of Website Content

Everything on this website, whether text, images, design or code, belongs to Minuit Models or to those who license it to us. Companions consent to the publication of their photographs, which may not be copied, downloaded, shared as screenshots or used anywhere other than on this website.

Without our written permission, nobody may use agency content for marketing, comparisons, training AI systems or republication.

10. Limits of Our Liability

Our only role is that of an introduction service. We accept no liability for anything a companion or a client does, says or fails to do, whether before, during or after a booking. Responsibility for any private arrangement between consenting adults rests entirely with those adults.

As far as the law permits, any claim connected with this website or with a booking is capped at the price of the particular booking that led to the claim.

11. Applicable Law and Courts

Dutch law governs these terms. The courts of Amsterdam alone have jurisdiction over any dispute that arises from them or from a booking.

12. Updates to These Terms

From time to time we may revise these terms, and the version in force can always be read at minuitmodels.com/terms. Active clients will be told about significant changes by WhatsApp. If you keep using the website after a revision, you accept the revised terms.
