Privacy at Minuit Models, in Brief

Few things matter more to the people who book with Minuit Models than privacy, and we handle personal data with that in mind. Because of what we do, careful data handling is not optional for us; it is applied to every booking, every time.

Below you will find what personal information we gather, why we use it, how long we keep it and how it is protected. We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in full, along with the Dutch data protection rules that apply to us.

Personal Data We Collect When You Book

Whether you message us on WhatsApp or use our booking form, the details we receive are limited to these: a first name, if you choose to give one; your WhatsApp number or e-mail address; the booking itself, meaning place, date, time, length and preferred companion; and anything else you decide to tell us about your preferences.

Beyond what a booking genuinely requires, we gather no sensitive personal data at all.

How Your Booking Details Are Used

The details you give us serve three purposes only: arranging and confirming your booking, getting in touch with you about it, and delivering the service you asked for. Marketing messages are sent only if you have clearly said yes to them.

Your personal information is never sold, rented, shared or handed to any outside party, whatever the circumstances. Its one job is to put you in touch with the companion you picked.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Booking records are held for no more than 90 days after the date of your booking; once that period ends, they are erased permanently from every system we use. Our WhatsApp chats are cleared continuously, on a rolling schedule.

Should you want your data removed sooner, a WhatsApp message to us is enough, at any moment, and we will confirm the deletion within 24 hours.

Your GDPR Rights and How to Use Them

The GDPR gives you the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to how it is processed. You are also free to complain to the Dutch supervisory authority for data protection, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

If you wish to use any of these rights, send us a WhatsApp message; every request about your data receives an answer within 72 hours. The rules for bookings themselves are set out in our terms of service, and our discretion policy explains why we never publish client feedback. This privacy policy was last revised in April 2026.
